The Sacred Pause is a two-night spiritual retreat for women feeling overstimulated, rushed and disconnected.
We’re going to the quaint mountain town of Silver Plume, we will be staying in the historic Windsor Hotel.
This particular retreat embraces monastic simplicity: modest rooms, unadorned meals, and the removal of physical and digital distractions. All of this for one reason: to cultivate listening to God through scripture, sound, and nature.
Through a range of contemplative practices, we’ll gently calm the nervous system and reconnect with our souls.
With only six rooms available, this experience is for a small group of women with respectful space and periods of individual contemplation. Each room has a double bed, and there are shared room options at a reduced cost.
The Sacred Pause offers a rare opportunity to step away from noise, stretch yourself into silence, and return to yourself and God.
